We didn’t start with a business plan. We started with trust. Each of us had worked together before—in different companies, on different products—but the spark was the same: shared values, complementary skills, and a way of working that just fit. We saw how things should work: with honesty, transparency, and ownership. So we built Mileva. Not to chase growth but to do good work with good people.
