Their Challenge

Cold calling is expensive, inconsistent, and hard to scale. Hiring and managing SDRs requires significant time and budget, while manual outreach depends heavily on individual performance and availability. Existing sales tools focus mostly on assisting human reps, leaving teams still responsible for execution, follow-ups, and scheduling. The challenge was to build a system that could autonomously handle outbound calling, qualify leads, and book meetings in a reliable and repeatable way, without adding headcount or operational overhead.

Our Solution

We designed and built NomAI as a full outbound calling platform powered by AI voice agents. Users can upload or sync leads, enrich missing phone numbers, configure AI agents through customizable prompts, and launch outbound campaigns from a single dashboard. The AI agent handles live calls, detects voicemails, follows predefined conversation flows, qualifies interest, and automatically shares a Calendly link when a lead is ready to book a meeting. All campaign activity, transcripts, and key metrics are tracked in real time, with reporting and notifications delivered through integrated tools like email and Slack.
